足のお手入れはどのくらいの頻度で通えばいいですか？
とよく聞かれますが
だいたい1ヶ月に１回の頻度でのフットケアとフットジェルチェンジを推奨しています。
特にジェルネイルを1ヶ月以上放置してつけっぱなしにしていると
巻き爪を増長させてしまう可能性もあります。
爪が伸びていくうちに
爪の生え方や伸びる方向の癖が出てきて
隣の指を傷つけてしまうことも起きます。
また、足裏の角質が溜まり、固くなればヒビが入り
そのヒビに汚れ等が入り込み
お風呂で洗っても日々の奥に入り込んだ汚れまで届きません。
そうなると足裏はバイ菌の温床になり
足の悪臭や爪や皮膚の病気にも繋がりかねません。
どんなに毎日お風呂で綺麗に洗っているつもりでも
靴を脱いだら臭いが気になる…😖
そんなことになりたくないですよね😱
